Order Processing

All Arvel Varen products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after payment confirmation.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

European Union: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
International destinations: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
